Join our Women’s Anxiety Relief Group, a 9-week Women’s Anxiety Support and Skills Group. Small and supportive skills-based cohort designed to help you reduce worry, calm your mind, and build lasting confidence. This group is based on the book Anxiety Workbook for Women: Relieve Anxious Thoughts and Find Calm, and blends practical coping strategies with community support.

What You’ll Learn:
Together, we’ll use tools from Anxiety Workbook for Women to help you:
Understand how anxiety works in the body and mind
Identify your triggers and unhelpful thought patterns
Practice mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral tools that are effective in real life
Build emotional resilience and self-compassion
Create a daily plan that supports peace, confidence, and calm
Guided discussion and skills training
Simple between-session practice to help you apply what you learn
