Our providers are licensed mental health professionals in the State of Maryland. Telehealth and virtual services are subject to state licensing laws, jurisdictional limits, and individual provider availability.

4. Financial Responsibilities & Insurance Limitations
If you participate in our programs or services, you acknowledge the following billing and insurance constraints:

  • In-State Coverage: Health insurance coverage for services is primarily structured around our providers' licensure within Maryland.

  • Out-of-State Services: If you receive services or participate from outside the State of Maryland, insurance may not cover the costs, and you will be responsible for out-of-pocket payment.

  • Group Programs: Specialized group offerings (including the Bariatric Success Blueprint program or pre-op groups) are not covered under health insurance, regardless of your location. Participants are solely responsible for all group registration fees and program costs.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, and materials on this Site are the property of Dawn A.
