Why join the Mindful Self-Compassion Group Program

Emotional pain is part of being human — self-criticism doesn’t have to be.

This 12-week structured therapy program is designed for individuals who want to build emotional resilience, reduce self-criticism, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Based on The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, this is not just a book study — it is a guided, experiential therapy group rooted in research on compassion, neuroscience, and emotional regulation.

You will join a small, supportive group of adults who are ready to practice real skills — not surface-level positivity — and build lasting internal strength.

You will learn how to:

  1. Respond instead of react

Develop the ability to stay grounded during emotional overwhelm rather than shutting down or exploding.

  2. Interrupt harsh self-criticism

Recognize and shift the inner voice that fuels shame, perfectionism, and “not enough” thinking.

  3. Regulate your nervous system

Learn practical tools to soothe anxiety, reduce rumination, and build distress tolerance.

  4. Repair after mistakes

Stop spiraling after setbacks and build the capacity to recover with stability and self-respect.

  5. Build stable self-worth

Strengthen an internal sense of value that is not dependent on performance or approval.

  6. Stay accountable without self-attack

Increase motivation while reducing burnout and emotional exhaustion.
