Grief Therapy

Grief can feel impossible, like you can't breathe. It can feel like you are stuck and you've lost all sense of direction. Talking to someone can help. You are not alone. There is always hope.

“Only people who are capable of loving strongly can also suffer great sorrow, but this same necessity of loving serves to counteract their grief and heals them.” ― Leo Tolstoy

About Your Grief Therapist

MARISSA NEAL, MSW, LCSW-C, CGIP - MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST - ASL FLUENT

I have been a licensed therapist since 2012 and I have learned that the way we process our grief matters, being seen and heard matters. My biggest wish is to support people who are grieving into finding peace and hope.

"We are all participants in the wide array of human emotions: Grief, anxiety, depression, guilt, feelings of overwhelm etc. This does not mean that we should have to experience those emotions alone. We are stronger together, and when we are able to shine a light on our experiences with others we can see hope."
